Woodworking

My desire to do woodworking comes from my deep love of wood.  I never tire of the beauty of wood and the possibility of the shapes it reveals.  Since my woodworking projects are commissioned, the client always has direct input into the process.  They have an idea of what they would like and select the species of wood they wish to use.  I then work the project into its final form. 

All furniture is made from solid wood.  Backs of cabinets are solid wood, as well as drawer bottoms and sides.  Drawers are dovetailed front and back and floating construction is used in all cabinets and doors to allow for seasonal expansion and contraction
